5. No Booking Guarantee

FlyKiki does not guarantee that you will be able to book any deal at the advertised price. We are not responsible for any costs, damages, or disappointment resulting from deals that are no longer available, have changed in price, or are cancelled by airlines or booking platforms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlyKiki (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyKiki, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
